Do I need to register or provide ID?

No. No accounts, no email, no KYC. Orders are identified only by the order ID — keep it safe.

Why route through XMR / ZEC?

They are intermediate routing assets. Monero and the Zcash shielded pool break the on-chain link between input and output, making your swap untraceable. See How it works.

How long does a swap take?

Usually 5–30 minutes, depending on confirmation speed and congestion.

Are there limits?

Yes, shown in the swap widget.

What if I send a wrong amount?

It may delay processing or trigger an automatic refund. Always send the exact amount.

Is Tor supported?

Yes. A .onion mirror is available (see footer); the site contains no third-party tracking scripts.

My transaction was delayed or rejected — what now?

Transactions that trigger risk parameters may be delayed or rejected. Funds are returned to the original sending address whenever technically feasible. See the AML policy.

Will you freeze my funds?

Never permanently and never without cause. If a swap cannot complete, you get a refund; we do not confiscate assets.
