AML / KYC Policy
By default, this platform does not require any identity information. We protect the service from abuse via risk-based automated parameters while maximizing user privacy.
Transaction processing policy
If a transaction triggers risk parameters or cannot be processed:
- The exchange may be delayed
- The transaction may be rejected
In such cases, funds are returned to the original sending address whenever technically feasible.
Exception: if the sending address is
identified as a hot wallet or an address controlled by a centralized exchange,
a refund address may be required.
No arbitrary freezes
We never permanently freeze user funds without cause.
- If an exchange cannot be completed, funds are refunded.
- We do not confiscate assets.
Transactions may be delayed or rejected due to
- Technical instability
- Network congestion
- Suspicious or anomalous activity
- Risk signals triggered by internal systems
If an exchange cannot be completed, funds are returned to the original sending address whenever technically feasible (unless the source address is identified as a hot wallet or exchange-controlled address).
