Where do I find my order ID?
It was shown right after you created the exchange, both on the page and in the browser address bar (/order/XXXXXXXXXX). We recommend saving it — there is no account or e-mail to recover it.
It says the order was not found
Check for typos: the ID never contains the letters I, O or the digits 0, 1. Orders deleted by the user are also no longer accessible.
How long can I track an order?
Completed and refunded orders stay available for tracking. Expired orders that never received a deposit can be deleted from the order page.
