1. Service

The platform provides instant crypto-to-crypto swaps routed via privacy assets (XMR/ZEC). By using the service you accept these terms in full.

2. Rates and fees

Rates are locked for 30 minutes at order creation and include a 0.8% service fee; network fees are charged separately. Unpaid orders expire.

3. User responsibility

• Verify your receiving address — assets sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
• Send the exact amount; mismatches may cause delays or refunds.
• Comply with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited use

Using the service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited. Transactions triggering risk parameters may be delayed or rejected — see the AML policy.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for delays or losses caused by blockchain networks themselves (forks, congestion, reorgs), but we commit to refunds per policy when a swap cannot complete.
